One of my new find in Manchster is Mr.Scruffs cafe ( I cat remember the name, but I am in Mancester this weekend and will ake a little visit so I can letyou know !
For those of you who do not know who Mr.Scruff is :
“DJ, Producer, Cartoonist & Tea Drinker”

He has his own tea company http://www.makeusabrew.com/ ! That is one thing I must achieve in my life..my own tea line … being such a fan of tea of all kinds I think it make sense !

The tea i organic and ethically produced ! Well that is very good in my books and I can confirm it tastes fab and the box looks fantastic !

Last night I made some fairy caks.. they were meant to be of the haloeen variety however I got the colouring a litte wrong so they are pinky fairy cakes … with american icing!

I have started my temp job for over christmas ! It is in a toy shop .. so its quite fun ! So far.. Iguess…..

Today I went walking at Cannon Hall , it was raining most of the time I was there but this did not stop it bein so very pretty!

Lovely running man…No..not like the film !
but he has lost his head !

How very lovely !

Such a perfect view through his door… maybe one of the best I have seen.. I know I may have posted photos of a trip to Cannon Hall before but these were lovely so I could not miss putting them on here for you to see!

I love little broken walls.. it always makes me wonder how the place used to look, what people used to walk there and what magic used to go on !

I thought that these leaves and lilies looked so pretty!

Just a quick post of some of todays photos ! More of a full update in the morning !

One more thing before I go……..

I really miss London.. I am in the process of applying to lots of jobs there ! I hope someone wants me !

Keep Those Pretty Eyes Wide Open

Hello all !
You will have heard her name many times and seen her work ..

Simon Pegg is one funny man ! So I think anyway !
He was a face I kept seeing popping up all over the place and after seeing him in Hot Fuzz I took some time to research him a little and found out he has been in or written a lot of my most loved shows and films !

If you have not seen Hot Fuzz I really think you should take some time to watch it .. its very funny !

“Eyes Wide Open”

To celebrate the launch of the new Sony Ericsson Satio handset on Vodafone, photographer to the stars Jillian Edelstein has been commissioned to embark on a unique mission to capture the undeniable beauty and individuality of 121 eyes in only 12.1 hours.

As soon as Julie emailed me this I was excited to share this with you all ! I do think that I will be sending in a photograph ( and I think you all should too) to be in with the chance of having my eyes captured by the wondrous Jillian !

I love finding out about new photographers and always try to note down the name of any I like the work of or just want to find out more ! Here is a few sneaky peaks into my notebooks – some with lists of photogrpahers and some with my scrapbook collections!

Let me know if you decide to sign up for the competition … I am trying to pick a photo of myself to send in ! You know im not so crazy about being photographed but this is one opportunity I really dont want to miss out on!

I always have one of my many notebooks close to hand when I am checking up on your blogs, this way I can note down any interesting films, ideas or music so I dont forget!

In the evening I love nothing more than sitting by the fire (as its coming to winter time now) with my scrap book and a pile of old magazines !

Music, pigs and clogs !

I heard Paolo Nutini on a television show last night and noticed what a interesting and fantastic voice he has. I have not really ever played much of his music, but after hearing this I think I will give it a bit more time. I also get the feeling that he would be fantastic live more so even than on record !

If not – Well you should make sure you do. Its quite fantastic, Robert Downey Jr plays Chaplin in such a perfect way! In fact I think he is such an amazing actor he can just about play anyone !

He got the walk just right and the bread roll dance, well it was almost just as good as Charlie’s !
