How to focus on positive feelings..

I took this through my bedroom window, I just love that the view is always changing because of the light. One moment I feel like I am in the middle of the jungle and the next I feel like I am looking towards the mountains. A simple view can be such a small yet satisfying thing, it can help you to think or let go of your negative thoughts. I sometimes open my window and let my negative thoughts fly away so that I can make sure I am able to embrace all my positive feelings. It can be hard for some to do, it took me a long time to learn but I believe you must work hard to focus on the positive and ensure that you can turn negatives into positives and ensure that you can love your life.

How to get rid of the negative and keep hold of the positive feelings. 

I recommend lists – write down anything negative you are feeling, any worries and any sadness you have in your mind. Take that piece of paper and tear it up, burn it or even cut it into tiny bits and then put it in the bin.

Then write a list of everything you are thankful for, everything you love about life and stick it on your wall, put it on the fridge of even just write it in your phone. This way you can always look at it and remember why you love life.

I also think it’s good to write a list of things you want to achieve, learn or do and then set about completing something from that list. At the moment I am trying to learn more skills on Adobe Photoshop and Final Cut Pro. There is always something to learn when it comes to computer software. I also want to learn to knit after seeing this LEAF video on Because Im Addicted , I have added it to my list and hope to get some knitting tools this week.
