I know it’s summer when I crack open a bottle of Rekorderlig cider to pour over my glass of ice and berries. Summer and cider go hand in hand for me, mainly because of festivals. As soon as the festival season rolls round my intake of cider shoots up. It’s a shame that I haven’t been to a festival where Rekorderlig has been served. A nice strawberry and lime pint of cider whilst sitting on the grass listening to music would go down very well.
