They keep it simple at Byron and that’s probably why they make one of the best burgers I’ve had in the UK. Byron is a small chain which promises to do burgers properly. The menu is short and sweet with a selection of toppings, sauces and dips to pick from as well as a good range of sides.
After checking it wasn’t chilli con carne I ordered the chilli burger. I was handed a real hamburger which was made up of juicy meat, filled with lots of little green chillies, delicious chipotle mayonnaise and housed in the softest burger bun I’ve ever seen. Their fries and onion rings are also very yummy and free of grease! I really recommend trying Byron next time you’re near one – their prices are pretty fair and the service is tip top.
I’m looking forward to my next trip to Cambridge so I can stop by Byron for a chilli burger and to try out their courgette fries.
