Queen mascara review

I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to get ’round to telling you about Queen mascara. It was sent to me a good few months back and I’ve been using it on and off for a while now. It took me a while to give this mascara a go because it was brown and not my usual choice, which is black. However, I quickly realised I should have tried it out sooner because it became my go to day mascara (I used Lancôme Doll Eyes for evening outings) instantly. It seems to have lasted for well over 3 months with me using it 4 or 5 days a week. It’s now coming to an end but I’m pleased to tell you that this is a product I’ll be likely to repurchase.

The formula of this mascara is fantastic. It glides onto your eyelashes with ease and comes off smoothly with a good make-up remover. It was nice not to have to drag my lashes and surrounding skin with multiple cotton pads to remove mascara. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about brown mascara but it actually gave a lovely soft look, which was perfect for work. I also really liked the size of this mascara, the shorter stick allowed me to be more precise during application. The size allows it to fit into a small make-up bag which is very handy for when I go to the gym on my lunch breaks (that’s not happened for a week or so..shh).

I’m a big fan of Queen products, especially their skincare range. Everything is designed for those of us with sensitive skin. I reviewed a pot of Queen eye make-up remover back in March 2012 and I’ve since repurchased it and use it along with a few others.

I’ll definitely be buying the Queen mascara again though I wouldn’t mind trying a few other products from the Queen make-up range first. Have any of you tried Queen skincare or make-up before?
