I hope you’re all having a good weekend. My day hasn’t been very productive so I thought I’d sit down and share some reviews with you. MyPure kindly sent over a few products for me to try out during May and I’ve been really pleased with them.

First up I want to tell you about the lovely Acorelle perfume. Have you ever heard of it? I’ve tried out Tea Garden and Bamboo Lotus in the past so I was pleased to have the chance to try one of their floral scents.

The Acorelle Rose scent is light and fresh. I love perfumes that aren’t too overpowering because they’re suitable for daily use throughout the summer. Notes of rose can be detected first from this  but it also has a fruity kick to it. The overall scent is subtle and lasts for about four hours before you need to spritz a little more on.

Acorelle perfumes are 100% natural. If you’re a fan of Jo Malone then I’m pretty sure you will like this brand. They’re half price at the moment so it’s worth taking a look and they also have samples available.

The A’kin Rosehip Oil has been a fantastic addition to my skin-care routine. I set aside the avocado oil this month and used the rosehip before my face cream each evening.

This oil is said to be good for all skin types but if you have oily or combination skin it’s best to only apply it at night. Although I have very dry skin I mostly used it in the evening as I didn’t have time to use it in the morning (it’s been a busy month). I’ve noticed that my skin hasn’t needed as much moisturiser as normal and I’m pretty sure it’s to do with the addition of the oil.

I’ve applied this every night before bed after I’ve taken all my make-up off and cleansed my skin. I’ve used it on my face, neck and hands most evenings. It’s really simple to use, just squeeze a few drops onto your fingers and massage the oil into your skin.

I’ve recently started applying the oil to my legs to try and help a few scars. Rosehip was traditionally used to fade scars so I think it’s worth giving a go (I normally use Bio Oil). I’ll let you know if it makes any difference in a few months time.

If there’s anything you’d like to see me reviews from the MyPure website then let me know.
