Ibizia Ice – Sparkling Fruit Wine

Ibiza Ice Sparkling Wine

Last week I tried out some new drinks over on Instagram Stories. I enjoyed them so much that I wanted to mention them on here too.

The drinks in question are White Isle and Sunset from Ibiza Ice. They’re the world’s first sparkling fruit wines.

Ibiza Ice wines are made with all natural ingredients. They don’t contain artificial preservatives or refined sugar. As you can imagine, they’re also much lower in calories too which is always a bonus.

Sunset (the red bottle) comes in at 188 calories and White Isle (the white bottle) at 204 calories.

Ibiza Ice Ring Pull

The bottles are aluminium and 100% recyclable. They’re also shatterproof and have ring pulls which immediately made me think how awesome they’d be to take along to festivals. I used to take cans of fruit cider to festivals but I’d much rather take something like this. They tick the box of not being made out of glass, they come in delicious flavours and are easy to open.

Although I think they’re excellent for the summer, especially festivals I’d also happily enjoy them throughout the year. It was a chilly evening when I was testing these out and they went down a treat. They’re both really refreshing and light to enjoy after a long day at work.

I plan to have a few bottles of Ibiza Ice ready to go throughout the festive season will be a good idea. They’re perfect for opening up and enjoying with friends and family.

Ibiza Ice Sunset is a beautiful ruby red shade. I poured mine into a glass with ice and slices of orange to enjoy one evening. It has a real summery taste and if you’re a pomegranate fan then you’re really going to enjoy it. It has a good balance of sweetness as well as a little tart after-kick.

Ibizia Ice Lychee Wine

Ibiza Ice White Isle is a truly refreshing drink. I was pleased to find that it had a delightfully strong taste of lychee, it’s one of my favourite flavours. I could also detect a sweet melon flavour within the drink. It’s not at all overly sweet and sickly like some fruity wines.

I can’t wait to stock up on these. If you fancy giving them a try you can buy them over on Amazon.
