I went back to work at 9:00am today, after arriving home and 3:00am, I am sure you can guess how sleepy I now am. I also decided to go to the gym for a few hours after work, it has been a week since I have been but I am already enjoying getting back into the swing of it. I have a lot of stories to tell about the fantastic time I had in Cannes, I am spending this evening sorting out the photos.
The new business cards arrived for the Health project I am doing at CSV Media in Manchester. I am looking for some fathers who are based in Manchester and would like to get involved in a focus group based around sugar, so if you do know of anyone please send them my way. It is all going towards a documentary which I am producing about health. @healthybecuse
