Nivea Hydro Care lip balm

Good morning, are you feeling fresh and positive for the week ahead? I thought I’d kick the week off with a lip balm review. Today I’ll be giving my thoughts on the Nivea Hydro Care lip balm – £1.99. Boots and Superdrug usually have offers on so it’s worth keeping an eye out for them but I think the lip balm is reasonably priced.

This is another item that I picked up when I was preparing for my 47 mile walk. I always keep a lip balm or two in my bag, so it was sure to come in use. I’ve been using it for well over a month now and still have more than half of the product left. I’m happy with the results and pleased that I’ve had no bad reactions to it. It actually did me the world of good when I was on holiday and kept any heat bumps I got on my lips at bay.

This lip balm is very moisturising and I even find myself reaching for it over Carmex. I also think that it makes a good base to protect your lips before applying lipstick. I guess it’s obvious but I should mention that there’s no scent to Hydro Care, apart from the usual fresh Nivea one. As it’s a non-greasy lip balm it makes it good to use through the day.

If you’re looking for a cheap and highly moisturising lip balm then you can’t go wrong with this one.
