At the moment I don’t feel like I have time for very much. I work Mon – Fri , yes the reality of a full time job is kicking in and at the weekend I have been running back to Manchester, seeing old friends or down in Southwold. So it was lovely to have a day at home today.
I joined the gym which is very close to my house, not a car drive away like the gym I used to go to. It is really lovely, I have my gym induction on the morrow and this morning I went to a pilates class. I am hoping to get all the motivation I can to get into a good routine of going to the gym and a few classes a week, and then I am sure the habit of this will keep me going ! I am really looking forward to getting back into yoga and pilates and I think the cross trainer will do me a lot of good! So less of the whiskey nights please!

Hurrah for the gym & all! I’ve been going on the treadmill a lot & also swimming! Or the casual walks! I feel so great afterwards! If only we could be gym buddies ahah! :p
