What I Wore : January 1st 2012

This is my outfit from January 1st 2012, I started the new year with some colour and my favourite navy blue shades. I went on a three hour walk to Walberswick, the weather was lovely and we didn’t even stop for a coffe. I thought it was a good way to start off one of my many goals for the year, the goal is that I want to do at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. I have already gone over the 30 minutes target each day and I hope to keep it up. I enjoy exercising and thought that having a target of 30 minutes to reach each day will ensure that I am doing more than just my usual running several times a week. 
The aim of my exercise targets is to reach an ultimate goal of loosing weight, I don’t feel comfortable in myself at the moment so I want to drop one dress size ( I am a 12 and want to get back to being a 10). I eat fairly well but sometimes eat too many carbs so I am replacing my lovely marmite on toast at breakfast times with smoothies. I love fruit so it’s not hard for me to eat it and I am drinking more herbal tea as opposed to endless cups of coffee. I will be doing different forms of exercise each day and if anyone is interested then I will give a little update of the different things I have been doing. I think you have to mix up your exercise routines so you don’t get bored with them.  
I always need more sleep!
