Start the day with a fresh smoothie or bottle it up and take it to work as a healthy snack. I tend to use up any fruit I have left in the house and just add a little milk (yoghurt for a thicker mix) and ice. I don’t see the need of adding any sugar but if you are using grapefruits or just fancy it a little sweeter then try adding honey. This is usually my go to snack when I have a cold.
