Cleanser review: Angels On Bare Skin

Angels on Bare Skin*

I’ve found yet another product form Lush that works just fine with sensitive skin. The latest product I’ve been using is a facial cleanser – Angels On Bare Skin.

So, this cleanser isn’t quite what I’m used as it’s a sold product but once it’s mixed with water you have a lovely cleansing milk. It’s very easy to use and I’ve tended to use it in the morning and/or evening when I have a shower (so I don’t crumble bits of the product onto the floor). To use, you simply pinch a little of the product out of the tub, hold it under warm water and smush it together ’till it forms a paste. Apply the paste to your neck and face and massage in well. All the different textures makes it feel as though it’s working some kind of magic and yet it is very gentle. It also has a light scent of lavender.

I’m delighted to say that I’ve had no reactions to using this cleanser. I’ve been using it for just under a month and there is still well over half of the pot left. I’m not using it on a daily basis, about 4 times a week. If I jump in the shower after the working day or a long day out it does a really good job at get rid of any dirt and make-up on my face.

I’ve suffered from a little stress lately, or at least my skin has and it’s left me with some uneven patches on my face from spots. It’s quite annoying and something I’m not used to. It was nice to see that this cleanser is filled with essential oils which help with uneven skin tone. I should also mention that the cleanser is made from sweet almond milk, which is good for brightening the skin.

Have you used any of the cleansers from Lush before?
