Sharing Sunday #3

Hello! Have you all had a good week? Mine’s been pretty busy but I was lucky enough to be able to spend my week between Cambridge and Norwich. I got a lot of work done, spent some quality time with my family and had a few productive meetings then ended it all with a curry on Saturday.

I only got to the gym twice, as I was away for a good chunk of the week. It’s ok though, I’ll be back there tomorrow and hopefully my cold and aches will have gone. Last Sunday I did a class called Body Attack. It was the first class I’ve been to since joining my latest gym and I loved it. It was intensive, varied and the music was fab. The only downside was that my poor ankles started playing up after about 40 minutes from an injury I got when I did the 47 mile walk. I’m thinking of going to that class tomorrow, I’ll let you know how I get on.

Anyway, here are a few favourite things from my week:

Firstly, I think we should talk about tea. I love having a shot of Nespresso each morning but I then try to focus on having tea for the rest of the day. I sometimes fail at that because I really do love coffee but it’s rare that I go over 2 cups in a day. I’m also a huge fan of tea, you may have guessed from the name of this blog. My favourite tea from this week has to be Venetian Rose from Chash Tea. I drink it black and find the kick of rose very warming for these cold evenings we’ve been having. I’ve also been drinking Chamomile tea in the evening, it’s really helping me to relax and rest before bed.

It’s been a busy week, so I’ve not had much time to find new blogs. I did manage to catch up on some of my old favourites though. If you like beautiful photography, fashion, food and inspirational women then these lifestyle blogs will be right up your street: Niotillfem, Chantilly Songs, Making Magique and Delightfully Tacky.

Finally I want to mention YouTube videos. I’ve really been enjoying watching videos this week and have started following a few new people. If you’re looking for something weird and funny then check out Grace Helbig. Looking for something a little more beauty related? Well, I suggest you take a look at Amelia Liana’s videos. Last but not least, if you enjoy checking in on vlogs from time to time then I recommend the world of Essie Button and Aslan.

What have been your favourite things from this week?
