Hello! I hope you’ve all had a good weekend and are ready for the week ahead.

My week was focused on work and getting to the gym. I ended a very productive week with cheeky meal at Wagamama. In terms of the gym I managed to get to 3 high intensity classes, 1 swim and 1 gym session. I’m really happy about that and pleased that I’ve finally tried a few more classes. Does your gym do Body Combat? If you fancy a class which does a mix of martial arts then you should give it a go. Overall I had a lovely week and I really appreciate the opportunities I had and the quality time I got to spend with loved ones. I think February is going to be very busy and I’m really looking forward to it.

Last night I watched a pretty good documentary last night, it questions wether or not corporate leaders are psychopaths. If you’re a fan of business and psychology then go and watch I Am Fishead.

I didn’t get much chance to keep up to date with blogs and vlogs during the week. But I managed to catch up with a few this morning over coffee and toast. One of the YouTube videos that stood out to me was Dulce Candy’s latest vlog. She talks about hate, questions why women drag other women down and explains how she stays positive and happy. In terms of blogs I’ve enjoyed  keeping up with the world of beauty on Tattooed Tealady‘s blog. I’ve also enjoyed Becky Bedbug‘s lifestyle blog and the beautiful pastel filled world of Scathingly Brilliant.

I look forward to hear about your week but now I’m going to go plan some meals for the week ahead. It’s not something I usually do but with a new cookbook, an aim to eat clean and lots of packing to do this month I’m going to need to be organised.

What was the highlight of your week?

xx
