Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year. Everyone is off from work and uni at the same time and there is a festive and relaxed feeling within the home. I find that the Christmas break is when I really cut off and recharge my batteries. I enjoy watching films with the family, wrapping up warm for a long walk, cooking up delicious food with my mum and dad and taking some well deserved time away from the laptop.
This year I’ve spent Christmas at my parents new home in Cambridge. The tree is full of twinkly lights and sparkly decorations and we’ve been taking some time away from laptops to play card games, Sushi Go and of course, to enjoy some festive food. I’m looking forward to a walk in the woods tomorrow as well as some time to work on my new blog design. Speaking of which, if you have any suggestions that would improve your experience on Prettygreentea then please feel free to leave a comment and let me know. What do you think of ‘read more’ style posts?
I hope you’ve all had a good Christmas. Don’t forget to let me know what you’ve been up to!

It sounds like you’ve had a wonderfully relaxing Christmas.
Personally I’m not a fan of the ‘read more’ option as more than often I won’t make the effort to click through unless I know I’m very interested in the post. Just personal preference though.
Thanks for letting me know, I sometimes feel the same. I’m trying out the current theme on my blog and would love to know what you think.
The food looks yummy! I miss Christmas already. Hope you have a great weekend!
