Yesterday I made cupcakes for everyone, you will know this if you follow me on twitter. These ones were vanilla sponge and vanilla icing, I always try to make cupcakes in a different way whenever I make them. I think it’s because at school when I did Food Technology we had to make the same chosen dish seven times and change something about it each time. I think I made a lemon tart and then changed the pastry, filling and anything else I could think of over the duration of the course. This was my first time putting vanilla in the sponge and I can happily tell you the family loved them.
