The view from my window the other evening, I really like how striking the clouds are and it looks as though there are mountains in the distance. There are no mountains however, it is just the shapes the trees made. I think profiles are quite fantastic, they can mess with our minds and make it seem as though you are somewhere else or at times that there is a big monster making it’s way towards your house. In this photo it looks like the clouds have been painted into the sky, I could sit and analyse this photo for such a long time. I could make up a story and setting to fit the photo, it’s good to use your imagination. You can pluck inspiration from anywhere, I try to make time to take in my surroundings, you never know where your next shot of inspiration is going to come from.
I am looking forward to seeing what the view from my window will be tonight.
