I simply can’t wait for my trip to Austria in one month, I am going with three friends and we are staying in Schladming.
Has anyone been before ? I would love some tips on what to do and where to eat if so !

A few culinary delights we will try:
Apfelstrudel – my fav and should be great in the cold!
Wiener Schnitzel – boneless meat in breadcrumbs
Goulash – basically an austro-hungrian version of hotpot and is deffo a winter warmer!
Tafelspitz – boiled beef in broth
Rindsuppe – beef broth – tastes like beef soup!
We will also find a good Christmas market to have gluhwein (mulled wine)…
