Irregular Choice dreaming

I have a few pairs of Irregular Choice shoes and although they may not be the most practical shoes, they never fail to start a conversation. These aren’t the type of shoes that you can wear if you’re doing a lot of walking, or even a lot of dancing. They work well accompanying you for lunch or an evening meal. I’ve also worn them in work, which isn’t too bad because I sit at a computer for the majority of the day.

I like to wear my colourful Irregular Choice shoes with fairly plain outfits, usually a black or grey dress and then  let the shoes do all the talking. I sometimes wear colourful tights with them if I’m feeling in a colourful mood. Yesterday I wore these beauties out for lunch. I didn’t manage to get a snap at the time so thought I’d add today for you to see. The pink tights are from a Topshop sale a while back, they’ve been knocking around in the cupboard for months. I’m trying to make use of all my clothes and shoes before I move so I can have another clear out.

I’ve started eyeing up  a few new pairs of shoes for when I start my new job (that’s the best excuse I can come up with). Most of the Irregular Choice shoes I have are bright red and I think it’s time I went for something a little plainer, something that will go with more outfits. As you can see from my choices below, they’re all fun and not the kind of shoes you see on a daily basis. I think number 3 might be my favourite.
