Last night I ended up getting quite overwhelmed with work and needed to do something to relax. My favourite thing to do when I need time away from my laptop is to cook or bake. After a quick browse of my favourite foodie websites I decided to make a batch of Naturally Sassy’s Caramel Fudge with a Chocolate Pecan Ganache.
I made a smaller batch than was suggested and made a few slight changes to the recipe (1 teaspoon of honey instead of agave and peanut butter instead of almond butter). I found one teaspoon of honey made it more than sweet enough for me.
