The days are starting to get colder and I’ll be honest, I’m more than happy to be wearing my winter coats. I’m sure many of you are looking to add to your autumn and winter wardrobe so I thought tonight would be the perfect time to share my latest wishlist. As you can probably tell I’m very much into deep shades of wine, mustard yellow and rusty orange at the moment.

Let me talk you through my wishlist.

Before I went away to Berlin I spotted lots of colourful cashmere scarves in John Lewis. They’re very soft and will no doubt be warm and toasty. I’m keen to get one but I can’t decide between the red, orange, yellow or green. Which would you pick?

Barbour are one of my favourite brands. You won’t be surprised to hear that it was this stripey sweatshirt that stood out to me. It’s rare that I’ll pick a top with a logo or phrase on it but I think this one looks very cute and I particularly like the font. While we’re talking about Barbour let’s take a closer look at the bright yellow jacket. It’s waterproof and is long enough to cover your bum. Both Phil and I have had our eyes on this jacket for a while.

If you follow me over on Twitter or Instagram then you might know that I’m really into Fat Face at the moment. Actually I’ve liked their stuff for years, it’s always such good quality and they rank well on The Good Shopping Guide. I have their lovely rusty orange roll neck which I had to include in this round-up because it’s so cosy and perfect for autumn. I also have their black pinafore dress and black beret. All 3 of these things are very versatile and are easy to mix and match within my wardrobe. Next on my list is the maroon cord skirt, I have lots of outfit ideas for it.

I’ve had my eye on this double zip handbag by Michael Kors for a while now. Not only do I like the colour and size but more importantly I like the double compartments. I really like a practical, structured handbag. I have a couple of Michael Kors handbags and they’ve been really good quality. At the moment Shopbop have a fab discount where you simply pop the code ‘MAINEVENT16′ in to get 25% off up to $500 and over $500 you’ll get 30% off.

Let’s talk footwear. Now that I have a fab pair of boots for autumn I’m looking out for a new pair of Converse. To be honest, I’m always on the look out for new Converse. I wear them throughout the year and adore how they look with winter skirts and dresses. I discovered these wine coloured beauties over on the Kurt Geiger website. I’ve never seen any in this colour before so they really stood out to me.

I also added a few extra items into my wishlist. First is the neat little carry-on case by Tumi. I really like the practicality of Tumi products, they always have so many pockets. I can confirm that the quality is excellent. Second is this book, The Great Railway Bazaar. I love this book, it’s one of the first Paul Theroux books I read and I plan on picking it up again this month.

Finally I had to add in this cute bottle of Bailey Pumpkin Spice. I had no idea they even did this! Although it’s probably not dairy free (boo) I thought that there would be quite a few of you who would appreciate knowing about it.

As I’ve been writing this post there’s been rumours that we’re in for a very snowy winter here in the UK. Honestly? I’m excited, I can’t wait. I love it when it snows, it’s one of my favourite times to go out exploring with my camera. Edit – these are the Sorel boots I decided to go for
