I’m already starting to feel festive. Some might say it’s a little too early but I’m totally here for it. We’ve had Christmas songs playing in the kitchen, the fairy lights are up and I’ve filled my IG timeline with lots of Christmas decor accounts.
I’m really looking forward to the Christmas break. I always do, but this year it’s a little more special. I can’t wait to go home home and spend time with family and introduce X to this magical time of the year. I hope we get some snow too.
With Christmas comes new pyjamas, in our house anyway. This year I want to take it to a new level and opt for matching family pyjamas. I know it can be a little twee but who cares? It’s all a bit of fun.
This year there are SO MANY brands getting involved with the matching pyjama game. This is brilliant because there’s cheap and cheerful designs from the likes of ASDA and Primark, personalised items from independent sellers on NOTHS and Etsy and more sustainable and high-quality options too.
Today I’m sharing some of my personal favourite matching pyjamas.
First up we have one of my all-time favourite brands to shop with for X, Polarn O Pyret. The quality of their clothes, thermals and pyjamas are fantastic. I know that the clothes we have from there are set to last and will be handed down in the family.
So, they have their classic striped pjs which they sell throughout the year, these would be most practical. However, to keep things in the festive spirit I’ve chosen to share these cute Chip ‘n’ Dale Disney PJs (baby, kids and adults are all available and priced from £24). They have a bunch of different prints but these are my personal favourite.
I love the print on these woodland pjs from Next. They’re festive but good for use throughout the autumn and winter months. Saying that, I’ve been known to wear a festive pair of PJs in summer. The Woodland PJs are priced from £11 for kids and £25 for adults.
Next really go all out on the matching family sets. They have so many styles in stock at the moment but these ones are my favourite along with this cute but tasteful dinosaur set.
Who doesn’t love a classic button-down? I think a traditional pair of pjs like this will always be my favourite. This set of matching red check print pjs are priced from £12.50 in ASDA.
I love supporting independent businesses so I was very pleased to stumble upon Sparks & Daughters. It was founded by Deborah and Verity Sparks over 12 years ago. They create lovely PJs for all the family.
I think these dino ones are super cute and you can even have them personalised.
Priced from £40 for a set of 2.
Here we have another independent business, PJ Mamma. Becky founded the business just after her little boy was born. All of the pyjamas are 100% organic cotton and come in some really cute designs. I’ve been eyeing up the Halloween set for next year too (in the sale for £25).
Priced at £82 for a set of 3.
Mini Lunn is a gorgeous vintage inspired collection of 100% cotton nightwear and accessories for babies, children, mothers & brides to be. The biz was set up in 2004 by Lizzie James after having her daughter.
This set of matching personalised button-down pjs are super chic and come in navy and white with stars.
