Shopbop and Born Free

BornFreeShopBobVersace Dress | DKNY Skirt | Tory Burch Tote | Diane Von Furstenberg Bag

The Shopbop folk dropped me an email to tell me all about Born Free. Born Free is a private sector-led initiative with the objective of ending mother-to-child HIV transmission by December, 31, 2015. When you hear that one pill a day can save a child from HIV it makes you wonder why it hasn’t already been done. I think you can understand why I’m sharing this with you.

A collection of clothes and accessories have been created for women and children by the likes of Miuccia Prada, Victoria Beckham, Diane Von Furstenberg, Donna Karan and many more. The collection is based on prints from Wangechi Mutu, a Kenyan-born New York-based visual artist. Most items are under $250 and it’s all limited edition!

I think one of my favourites from the collection is the DKNY skirt. Check out the rest of the Born Free collection and let me know which pieces you like best.
